1. How can reach Sv. Vlas and my complex by car?
Sv.Vlas is located half way on the only road from Sunny Beach to Elenite. This is the central road in Sunny Beach. You can take the roundabout road of Sunny Beach making right turn just before the road continues to Obzor and Varna.
After you enter Sveti Vlas, continue straight and follow the blue signs to your right side. Reaching a crossroad in the middle of the town, make right turn to the complexes Diamond, Lazur, South Beach, Top and Almonds.

Only a hundred meters ahead is the right turn to the Monastery, Monastery 2, Arena, Breeze and Kambani.
Hundred meters further is the right turn to Dolce Vita and Etara – follow the signs.

2. Are the announced prices for the whole apartment or per person?
The prices are for the use of the whole apartment per night, notwithstanding how many persons shall be accommodated, within the maximum capacity (maximum 4 persons per 1 bedroom apartment and max. 6 persons per 2 bedroom apartment).

3. What does the accommodation price include?
The price includes accommodation, use of swimming pool in the complex with sunbeds, guarded parking, tourist  tax, VAT.

Please check if the price includes other bonuses or special terms.

4. Where I can leave my car during the stay in Dinevi Resort?
Each complex is offering to its guests guarded parking lot with sufficient parking places. Also all areas within the resort limits are guarded round the clock. We can proudly say that the resort is amongst the safiest places on the coast.

The service is included in the accommodation price.

5. Where should I go for registration upon arrival?
Head to one of the two 24 hours receptions on the territory of Dinevi Resort in Sveti Vlas, according to the complex chosen by you:
• 'Arena' centre, above Arena amphitheatre – for accommodation in complexes “Arena”, “Lazur 1, 2 & 3, “South Beach”, “Monastery”, “Monastery 2”, “Breeze”, “Kambani” 1 & 2
• 'Diamond' complex – for complexes “Diamond”, “Top”, “Vodenitsa”
• 'Etara' complex – the reception is open until 20:00 each day. Late accommodations are taken over by “Arena” reception.

6. When, where and how I can pay for the stay?
Any time at one of the two servicing receptions in “Diamond” or “Arena” complexes – in cash (in BGN/EUR) or by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD). Upon credit card payment, please bear in mind that because of reasons beyond us, the noncash payments processing is sometimes slow or could not be performed at the moment. Therefore, we advise you not to leave credit card payments for the very last moment

7. How is the cleaning of apartments organized?
The apartments are cleaned daily, daily change of towels and twice a week change of bed-linen.

8. What is the equipment of the kitchen?
Notwithstanding the apartment and complex type, each kitchen in Dinevi Resort is equipped with kitchen top with cupboards and sink, refrigerator, inbuilt oven and hotplates, kitchen exhauster, toaster, coffee machine, thermo-jug, full set of pots and pans, porcelain and glasses, dishes and cutlery. The kitchen is fully equipped for food preparation.
And more – each apartment has available iron, ironing board and cloths drier.
The apartments do not have hairdryers available.

9. Apart from cooking in the apartment, is there any catering establishment in the area?
Each complex has its own “a la cart” restaurant, where you can take breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition, you can try also the variety of restaurants and cuisines at Marina Dinevi area. In general, only on the territory of Dinevi Resort there are over 20 restaurants, and Sveti Vlas is offering also many other possibilities.

10. How do I order baby bed for the apartment?
You can order it together with the booking or at the reception upon arrival. In both cases the price is BGN 5 per day.
