RESERVATIONS
You can make a booking for Dinevi Resort in several ways:
by phone/fax: at the 'Laguna Tours' central office, phone/fax: +359 554 68 790 / 791 or on our 24-hours booking line: +359 889 00 20 20
via e-mail: reservations@laguna-tours.com or office@laguna-tours.com
directly on our website: in the 'Book Now' field
at 'Laguna Tours' office: Laguna Hotel, Sv. Vlas, 5th floor, or at one of the receptions (in 'Arena' Complex or 'Diamond' Complex)
with your tour operator: insist to receive Dinevi Resort updated offer and the hot offers

In order to make a reservation, we need the following information from you:
- name and surname / number of guests (adults and children up to age 12)
- contact telephone number
- complex and type of apartment selected by you (one/two bedrooms)
- special requirements
If the choice of complex is difficult for you, we shall facilitate you in a friendly chat after asking a few clarification questions
Your booking is kept 24 hours, after which advance payment is needed:
- for the first night of the total amount under the reservation – season summer/winter, for all complexes
- of 50% of the total reservation sum for accommodation during the period 23.12 – 03.01 for complexes 'Grand Monastery', 'Monastery 2' and 'Monastery 3' in Pamporovo
Payment should be received within 3 business days from entering the reservation, in cash at “Laguna Tours” office/at the receptions or by bank transfer:
- Raiffeisenbank Plc., BIC RZBBBGSF, IBAN (BGN): BG62 RZBB 915510 86038019, beneficiary: “Laguna Tours” OOD.
Please state the arrival date and the chosen complex in the field “Grounds” of the payment order - If we do not receive advance payment in due term, you booking is not definitively guaranteed. Changes are possible depending on the sales progress
- After receipt of the bank transfer, we shall contact you to confirm the booking made (on the next business day normally) and receipt of booking number
- The outstanding amount of the booking should be paid upon arrival or during the stay, at reception – in cash or by credit card
- If you need changes in the booking filed by you – e.g. in the dates or apartment type – please contact us by phone 0554 68 790 and we shall check the possibility and confirm the change or offer alternative
CANCELLATIONS of bookings:
Cancellation of already confirmed bookings shall be accepted:
- up to 4 days prior to arrival date, the downpayment being not refundable, but transferrable to the consecutive booking for any of the complexes during the summer or the winter season;
- for cancellations made later than 4 days prior to the arrival date, the downpayment shall be retained without being transferred to future booking.
ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation on the arrival day is done after 14:00 for all complexes.
You should vacate the apartment until 12:00 on the departure day.
If you wish to prolong your stay for a few hours, please contact the reception at least two days earlier, and if that should be possible you must pay “rest” fee of BGN 30 for vacating until 18:00 or BGN 60 for vacating until 22:00.
